Our group offers its engineering management services to our clients. We take charge of the preparation of the request for proposal and of the analysis of the proposals. The selection of the consultant is then done jointly with the client. Other than the costs of the engineering, the planning of the engineering work must be coordinated with the construction activities. It is then very important that the group managing the engineering is also managing the construction.

The construction activities must be managed and supervised closely. Our team ensures that the schedule and the costs are under control. It is important that the project team managing the construction activities should also be involved in the management of the engineering. The drawings required for the construction of the projects are often issued by the engineering team, and then used by the construction team. A solid coordination between both groups is required.

The procurement of equipment and material is also in symbiosis with the engineering works. If the engineering works fall behind on schedule, it is probable that the late procurement of the equipment and of the material will have a direct impact on the construction schedule.
