NMCG inc. Is a multidisciplinary company offering project management services to industrial and mining clients. Our team possesses a solid experience in project management. Our objective is to deliver successful projects that meets our clients’ expectations.

We offer to manage projects and to act as the client’s project team. We manage projects on behalf of our clients. This methodology offers our client a greater transparency, and it also allows us to reduce the costs associated with project management. It has also proven to be effective to expedite the completion of projects, which help us to optimize the management of the project schedule.

Our mission is to deliver successful projects.  Our goal is to deliver quality projects that meets our clients’ expectations. Whether the project is undergoing a preliminary economic study, or during the engineering and the construction phase, our priority is to manage projects on behalf of the client, and mostly, in his best interests.

We take cost management and schedules very seriously. And we also manage the various deliverables to ensure that our clients obtain what they need. We believe that it is the responsibility of the project’s team to manage projects with the primary objective to protect the best interests of the client.

Furthermost, because we work directly with our clients, and for our clients, we can then manage projects without any influence or interference from third parties. It provides us with the necessary independence to act solely in the best interests of our clients.

Team

Nicolas Ménard, ing.

President

Ménard has more than 16 years of experience in the management of industrial and mining projects. He worked on the completion of numerous project studies, and he also worked on the engineering and management of various industrial and mining projects, both in the project office and on the construction site. He participated on multiple projects located in remote locations, and he has offered his services on the management of projects located in Canada and abroad. He has studied at École Polytechnique de Montréal and has a degree in mechanical engineering. M. Ménard is also a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
